Care to Share Referral Program
We believe our patients are the backbone of our practice, so when you refer your friends and family to Terrell Mill Family Dentistry, we continue to grow!
So to show our appreciation, we are pleased to offer our new patient referral program for our established patients. When you participate in this program, you will automatically be entered to in our monthly drawing to win a special gift from us!
Here is how it works:
Refer a patient to our office. Have them mention your name when they schedule their first cleaning appointment (handy referral cards are available through our office to give to those you want to refer!)
Your referral will receive $50 off their first cleaning, xrays, and exam
For each completed referral in that month, you will be entered in our MONTHLY drawing to win your choice of:
Custom bleaching trays with 2 tubes of bleach -OR-
Oral B Professional Electric Toothbrush with Smartguide plus full-sized Crest products (mouthwash, toothpaste, and floss)
There is no limit to the number of entries nor how many times to win for the patients you refer, however, we ask that those patients who schedule keep their appointment for treatment (excludes emergency visits). One winner will be announced at the end of every month, at which time all other entries are voided and new entries will be entered into the following month's contest.
